SourceThis scares me . How is that possible? And whats on the other side? And what if we get sucked in? Discuss, ramble, and argue.

It says its more of a void, so we cant really get sucked in but there is a lack of matter in the void, interesting read, unless a ship would try to travel through it I dont think it would cause any problems

A hole in the universe? Isn't this the thing that is infinit? But its not a black whole so we won't be sucked into it. What I want to know is what is out side our universe. They said that there isn't even black matter which I would think means that its a big wall of ... stuff???

And I can't imagine the universe ending, because what's on the other side? But going on forever seems impossible as well. And if the universe is infinite then it means that anything that's possible to exist would exist. Because infinite space = infinite chances for everything to happen. I would really like to how that is possible... if you think about it kinda scary. If you think about anything in life it's kinda scary.

I would really like to how that is possible... if you think about it kinda scary. Large gravitational fields and alot of time to work. I would think the universe would loop back on its self rather then end, like you go through one side and come out the other

its a good lie, if it is one, I doubt they'll figure it out untill a ship or probe reaches it

Finding the end of the universe would probably take millions of years

Finding the end of the universe would probably take millions of years We'll probably blow ourselves up/kill off the human race before we reach the end of the universe. Thinking about it now, reaching the ends of the universe is basically impossible for humans. And my thoughts on the hole in the universe. I don't really give a damn. We're never gonna reach it anyways. And if we ever get sucked in somehow...well...tough luck.

Yeah, it's not like we are going to be alive when/if we get sucked in

Even if this does exist, the Earth won't be sucked in. By the time it gets close, even if it does move towards it, the sun will become a red giant and basically engulf the Earth and burn it to a crisp. And I guarantee it won't happen in our lifetime.
Still, that's something that's cool to know. Interesting read.
