I think as members we should help out the staff by donate some more ideas to keep wA alive.

Its not dead yet but the activty is going down some. I would like this forum to keep going and going for some time. So to all those you read this if you have an idea then share it.

So lets support webAddict in everyway possible.

As i finish this up few may say why don't you suggest few things well i plan on. Once i return from dinner i shall post my big suggestion thread in hopes it may help wA out

Hmm.. I'll look around for some ideas and get back to you..

but erm, few small ideas so far:

Good advertising - Lets get some advertising banners on as many websites as possible

Keep up the competitions - they rock =]. Maybe add as many as possible (at alternate times so they're manageable like). Liking the suggestion box idea.

Interactivity (such as.. never ending stories. Tis pretty cool.. either one-word posted per time, or one sentence.)

I dnno any more atm.. will look see what people can come up with. anything to help.

How about an on going contest? like Caption Contest? its pretty on going in the fact like there is new one every.... week or so and thats something for all members to get in on.

Advertising is always good. I know while back there was a contest of some sorts were few members made banners, i think it would be a great idea again. Any member with graphic skills that would want to make one would be great this way Moldy Cheese or someone else doesn't have to worry about doing it all.

If any member has a banner that would be good for advertiseing wA, Please me with it. I would mind working on making a nice thread that would display all of them for the rest to choose one.

Media Board would be nice idea for all Music, Movie and game threads. Sports as well.

1) A website with useful proboard features (Find a proboard, code generators, etc)... I could code it with one hand behind my back.

2) Finish a really cool code (doesn't have to be as big as the RPG) and advertise it. People will come for the code.

3) Create tutorials and submit them to larger graphic sites

4) Try to create connections outside the proboard community

5) Research SEO so we can get hit from search engines.

I'd say more but I don't want to conflict with current staff plans XD

Affiliate with big sites, a good one would be Planet Renders.

A boards that you have to make so many posts to access. It could contain elite tuts, renders and stuff.

Some good ideas so far.

if you hadn't noticed, there is a major competition here right now.

as for v2. That's not happening for a while. Alot of time and effort was put into this v1. Too much to make last only 3 months. webAddict v1 will be here some long time.

This is more than likely said before but ever thought of use the Advertise board @ PBS? even if you only bump it for like a week ever month. Might draw few in everytime

I haven't been bumping in the past few days. And v2 is currently in the conception stage, aka I'm thinking about it.
