BAttle of the Sites

This isn't specifically for wA, but I though it would be a really cool. We could have a design/coding competition between ProBoards Designing sites. IT could test all sorts of design, sites generally get eliminated. It would have to be a group effort though. What do y'all think?

I think the competitiveness will cause things to turn negative and as Moldy Cheese said, there aren't enough design sites who would partake. Right now, I can think of maybe 5 who would, and thats not even worth it. The only way more sites would do it is a big cash prize. =/

This is the tuff question: who does the voting? Anyone from any of the forums would be considered biased, anyone wouldn't be considered to have enough skill to judge.

If need be, I'd judge. I only ever go here and G101 really, and I doubt G101 would enter.


Still, don't like it. Too overused; ever since I used it at SD, people just started doing it all over the place. It could be possible if people just posted their sites rather than make a template for a competition, but still wouldn't yield amazing results in my opinion.


Also, the negativity it can create, as previously mentioned, doesn't really make it worth it.
