This could help you guys with organization. Maybe make a separate section that shows in users profiles only (not in posts) that tells when, how many, and why points were added. This can help so if staff don't see that another staff member added points for that member, they won't both do it and cause confusion.


Also, it'd be a nice way for members to see what others have done to get points and maybe try to do that to land themselves some points.



That or just put it in their personal info section or whatever it's called. Still a good form of organization.

I do, but I havent given out mine yet, I put them in account notes, so only staff and that member can see it

Everybody should do it, though. It'd be much more organized, and all it would take is

Dec 2 - 50 points - (Suggestion Name)

or whatever they did. Not like it's too time consuming, that took me about 5-10 seconds to write.

Anyways, about the suggestion, we'll be using account notes to keep track of points. And for the biweekly points thing, we'll put down a collection of people who get points for various things.

Question..
If for example someone makes a pretty decent skin, code ro other type of premade design (psd or what have ya) and they make it exclusive to this forum, do they get more points than that of someone who made the code or whatever for download on other sites/forums too ?

Currently no.

But I like that idea. How would you know for sure though?

You actually wouldn't. It would have to be a trust issue. And Im pretty certain if they released it else where, someone would find it, they always do.

So I'd guess they'd get a deduction in points if they were found to be lying?
