fix template for all browsers

I don't know how to do this, but could you guys fix this template for all browsers?

I am using safari (on a mac) and i can't see the menu bar (the one on the side).

Yeah I still havent figured out why, I think I know but to code to fix it will take abit of time, It should be done by december first, in the mean time try using the speed skin, its an option in your profile, select skin, that will stop the menu bar from loading, so you can view the forum without it messing up until I have it fixed
