i12.tinypic.com/5xyjwck.pngLook where the arrow points to. The borders disappear becos the css is adding a 1px solid line in a lighter color to the top. This looks a lil weird. The problem could be solved if the line being added was done by using a tiny 2-3px height image and using it on repeat-x on windowbg and windowbg2. The borders wouldn't disappear then.

nope its not a connection problem. evrything loads ok but I see the problem in windowbg and windowbg2 always. Opera 9.24 is wat me is using.

But what you screeshotted doesn't have the h/f images. Are you using the "Quick Skin"?

Yes he is using quick skin. You can tell because of the head image.
