I learned from scratch, but I usually do everything in dreamweaver and check it out myself. I think it's a lot easier and a huge help to use that type of program if you already know html.

Id recommend testing it in different browsers, cause dreamweaver, as far as I know, doesn't have different browsers set up in it, so you wouldn't know if it was compatible with the main ones

I never was partial to letting a program do my coding for me. Especially considering the cross-browser issues that arise with FrontPage (explorer only), and Dreamweaver (don't get me started).
