Because we had spam bots constantly posting when we had guest posting on. I didn't want to close down guest posting but it was needed because of the bloody spam bots. >_>

Two of them even figured out how to register.

For half of those you aren't using your vars at all, but just defining them. xD  and lots of unnecessary  braces.
