What are some of the best codes ever made from an end-user's point of view???
Me - Slipstream Everywhere by Dreggie and Advanced Category Splitter v3 by Chris are 2 of my faves.

Being bias here. My favourite is the points code I made a couple days ago - contained Donating between members. Now there is nothing like that anywhere! Other than that I don't have a best code.  |

As for best codes, ummmm.. This won't be going on how well stuff is coded etc but I think one that has really helped PBS is something such as category splitters w/ h/b, or sticky/announcement splitters with h/b, that was so awesome, i remember when it first came out on SSD everyone wanted it so badly rofl

Any of the codes from Dreg's Slipstream series. They'll all coded very well, and can look awesome when used properly.
