PM Message Link in Menubar

This code is for those who have their menu buttons changed to links (This can be done under general settings, turn text menu On).

It adds a link called "Messages" to the end of the menu bar for all members. The link changes color when new messages are sent. It also displays the number of new messages.

Change the Blue to the color you want the link to change to when there are new messages.
