Yes, the boards is now officially open and located Here.
Read the Rules/About thread first. It is located Here.
Then you may apply to have your contest held Here.
Now even though the board is open, the contests will not be started until the upcoming Saturday, February 23rd. The first 3 contests to be approved will start on that date. The rest will be added to the waiting list for the following weeks.
So go fill out the form for your contest!
