So I have this button and I am trying to identify the font that is used on it. I contacted the creator and she said that she couldn't remember what it was. Does anyone happen to know?  Thanks! ~Benji |

Not that she was aware of. From what she said, all of the files for it were on her old compy and were never transferred to her new one......gosh this is a perdicament.....I did find out that it looks a lot like "Jane Austen," but it isn't.

Ya, I have done that a little bit, it is harder than I thought. I think I have been through the calligraphy section like two entire times and the handwriting one like one and a half times. I can't imagine what other category it would be under.

Hmmm....I guess i just need to not be so lazy, man up, and actually sift through them all. The designer said that she most likely got the font from da, so it should be there somewhere.

Just remake all the buttons with a new font. You could easily write over that text and make similar buttons, the only thing to worry about it the icon at the side.
Should be easier then what you're doing.

I seriously thought about doing that, but I really like the font that is used. Once I sift through all of the categories it would be in, I may just do that. "Jane Austen" is a pretty similar font and it is very nice. Unless of course someone knows of another font that would look nice as well. I may just have to do that. Thanks for the help everyone.

Do the buttons in a similar font, that's you're best bet I think, unless you want to go through hundreds of fonts.

Ya, I got tired of sifting through fonts. It's slightly more obnoxious than a drunk monkey with a bowl of pealed fruit. And THAT is obnoxious. Anyway, thanks for the help everyone! I am just going to have the buttons done in a different font. It was a valiant effort to try to find that font.
