Dreamin On Blue

Before I release my first "template" I want some ideas and thoughts on improving. I know the banner goes over the background, I'll have to resize the banner before releasing this. Any other thoughts would be nice

Also; can anyone help me in making smilies or folders? If you can that'd be awesome!!
