I never knew Vitamin water was this bad for you.  Guess I better start controlling my v-water intake. And same with Arizona. And Baskin RObbins milkshakes. AND JAMBA JUICE?? These are like all my favorite things. America's Unhealthiest Drinks |

The vitamin water doesn't surprise me at all, just because it sys it's water doesn't mean anything.

Beer sucks. Mikes FTW. but I drink Arizona ALOT. Like, whenever I'm at a convenience store which is about 2 times week. |

I've honestly never even tasted Vitamin Water. Reading about that Heath Shake made me sick to my stomach. That's just too much in one drink.

That is making people believe Vitamin Water to actually be unhealthy. It's still healthy, and that amount of calories may be bad for a health drink like that, but it still isn't bad.
