Lovely coloring. Definitley is good, just needs a few tweaks before it is *gasp* perfect.
- The signature looks too flat. Try some inner beveling.
- Text blends too much. I'd keep the same colors, just shift it to the right half in the yellow
- The left corner seems to blended ya know? Sort of like a grad. Make the red parts cutouts or try a clipping mask
- Again, I am getting an overall "soft" feel to this. Try adding some more texture and sharpening it.

Loving the colours and the vectorism.
There's no depth to this though, it's very flat, I don't know if that was what you were trying to achieve but you definitely need to work on that.
I can't really make out the text either, top right would be good then it contrasts more.
Work with the general feel too, it doesn't flow in places.
