This is the meanings to the tag in your thread titles.
[F] = Your request has been filled. And thread will be locked.
[...] = Image has been made. Waiting on response from the requester.
[L] = Request has been locked for not following the rules. Or it has been locked for lack of response to questions.
[C] = Request has been cancelled by requester. Will be locked.

Explanation
Size: The width by height in pixels. (eg. 400x100)
Style: What style should the image be. (eg. Abstract, Grunge, ect...)
Colors/Hex Codes: The colors you want to use in your image. We would like you to include the hexadecimal code (eg. FF0000) unless you want a basic color such as blue or red.
Stock Images: Any images to include (Include the URL).
Border: What the border should be like.
Text: The text you want on your image.
Font: Supply a link to the font that should be used.
Forum URL: Supply your forum URL if the image is for your forum.
Other Comments: General comments on how it should look.
Rules
- Be kind. If a image doesn't come out as you would like it to then please ask the person who did your request to change it.
- Be patient. We do have lives so your request may take a while to be filled.
- Do not bump your topic unless it has moved from the first page.
- If you forum is a design forum, you can not request here. This means if your title has the word "Design" in it, has any boards related to GFX requests. I mean, come on. If you think you're good enough to have your own design forum, shouldn't you be able to make the image yourself?
- You can request up to three images a week and no more.
- Must have your forum out of Maintenance Mode and must be viewable to guests so we can check if your forum is following rules.

If you're wondering where you thread went don't worry. If it's been completed, locked, or cancelled, it's been moved to the "Completed Requests" sub board. If it's waiting for a response, it should not of been moved yet.
