Lighting help

Alrighty....

You see the lights on the left hand side? With the green/pink glow/reflection?


I can do that effect in photoshop on accident, but never on purpose


anyone wanna help me out here in creating that look? lol

umm there my be a light filter or just use a light green soft bruch and smudge it.
