[Collab] Website Template (Maybe Forum)

What: Website Template
Who: Anyone who can code or design the images.
Programs: Anything you want to use, as long as it works.
Why: The FHS [FranticHippo Studios] needs a good template (if possible, add a Forum template as the same thing).

No. Its a website. I'll make the people who help an Administrator. I'm using a paid host, btw.

Kinda is a template request.

Usually collabs are for the benefit of only regular members. Collabs are generally just for fun or for resources to members. Not for one of the collab-ers personal uses.

But point of a collab is that two people kinda work on a template. Not really just recruit people to make a template.
