I have downloaded it but have to download the .net 2 framework which I am too lazy to download as well.

I used to have GIMP, but I stopped for awhile and just forgot all the tools and all my brushes got deleted so, ehh. I didnt feel like adding and learning all that stuff =p

Never used it, but from what I've heard, GIMP > Paint.net

I downloaded Paint.net used it for 2 mins. and deleted it. It's useless. Gimp pwns Paint.net! Try www.getpaint.org |
