OK. Im under parental control, and my dad doesnt want this computer messed up, so I am stuck with paint on this computer, and online editors such as MyImager.
I have my own personal desktop with Artweaver, but that's has been temp. maybe permantly shut down. *sighs*
So is there anyway to edit graphics without downloading programs that'll give you a nice result? like cutting out, pasting, adding text, ect.?

Hm. You could try and explain to your dad that graphic programs basically have no possibility of screwing up the computer, unless it's bundled with a virus or something. But if you're careful from where you download (for programs like GIMP) or buy your programs, that will be no problem. For online editors, I don't know of any reliable ones as of now. I do know, however, that Adobe is currently planning to put out an extremely watered down version of Photoshop online, that will have all the different options you asked for. It's not out yet but I think it's coming soon.
