It actually also depends who makes, for example, a certain unique skin.
If a newbie to ProBoards makes a unique skin, he'll probably get bashed with negative comments, while when a designer with a high reputation in PB makes a unique skin, people will generally give almost all the time good feedbacks.
So, it's partially also the kind of reputation a person has.

So, it's partially also the kind of reputation a person has. I think that's just favoritism, but I guess that could factor in as well. I can testify to that. And the key word in that quote is 'totally.'
