I like this idea a lot too. What did you do to get that effect? Was it a filter? Camera setting? Its neat. You captured the shadows very well. Only one I don't like is top right. Guess the darkness is overpowering, kinda the only one in the collage with that amount of darkness, but it does add diversity.
Do the sticks and stones express something in your life? Or you just that they were cool and easy to photograph? Cuz they don't move. xD

haha. Thanks Gray. It was the idea of the "Sticks and Stones may break my bones..." saying that I got it from. It represents the rough times I've had in my life and how I've managed to stick it out. Thanks for asking. But to get that effect, I used different settings of the Dark Strokes filter. Which in fact is my favorite filter to use. Ya, I see that photo is a bit darker than the rest, but the reason for that was actually because I had moved my location to a tree's shadow to see how the photo's would come out, and I actually quite liked how that one came out. But that's the only one that came out okay in the shadow. But thanks for your comments.

Old topic, I know, but I want to comment. I think the picture is great, but I think it takes away the meaning of collage, pictures should be joined together.

A collage doesn't necessarily have to be joined pics, but thanks for the comments, and I'm actually gonna try it next time anyway.

Meh, I know, but I feel having them joined together gives it more of a "collage" type of feel. I can't wait to see your next one!

Np, and alright. May I suggest something? How about various images from the perfect scene of springtime (beautiful tree, green grass, flowers of all kinds, butterflies, other various animals)?

No, it's a little bit after that. Him and his short, big friend (Sasori) are talking about what art is. Deidara says it's things that come in an instand while Sasori (who is obviously right) says it's beauty that takes time. They really get pissed over it.
