There is also something called personal taste, if its at all possible, approach the fact that others have differing opinions and tastes then you, they may like what you dont. Get over it.

Sorry if I was taught poems should have rhythm (this doesn't mean they have to rhyme) in order to allow the whole story to act as one; connect; merge.. >_>

(Question not related to this poem) What's the point of rating a poem if a bad poem is impossible? Or rating music? Or anything for that matter?
Surely there is something a poem can be judged by. And usually that is rhythm, rhyme, metaphors, and many other devices found in a poem.
