Nice color scheme. Looks like a cool sig.
The edges of the stock are a bit too sharp so tone them down
The focal point is too strong if that makes sense. Compared to the blur on the brush, it's to overpowering, so I'd lower the blur a bit if you had any.
Also, maybe make the brush you used smaller? The circles are too big and take away from the BG which looks great.
I don't like the border. The top border looks flat and the bottom seems buttonized.
The stock seems to small I'd make it bigger.
