Hmm. Not bad. Love the banner. Great job with that. Grads aren't half bad. Like the IC ones, but get rid of the green blob to the right. One thing I don't like is the head/base images. First, for the base image, you can tell how the ends of it are sort of overlapping the Windows BG 1. (or 2 can't remember) then for the head image, I don't like the rounded edges. It's sort of soft and blurred too. I'd keep it square and add scanlines to the bg of the green part like you did with the base image. Great message icons! Mini profile hack is great. Last thing is, the forum sort of lacks any innovation. I have seen all of those ideas on multiple forums. Your forum has potential, so I'd think of some innovative ideas or contests so you will be successful. Good luck. =)
