i like how the background looks skeched on, but the car dosent realy fit, and is way wA to blury.
as for text maybe using a small white text up in the right corner or lower right corner.

Well the colors and blending in this tag is great. nothing needs to be added there. the text/font in the v2 is not bad looks good but not to sure about it.
I did like how the car was in the first one but v2 does seem better. I have to think about this more
