Not bad. Not my favorite of yours, but it's still pretty neat. I was thinking that if you could C4D the red part, that'd look awesome. If you don't know how, ask Stinky, he's good at it. One thing I don't like is the coloring. It looks like it was bleached, especially the left side. The edges are also too soft and blurry. I'd sharpen them. I love the idea of the white streaks. The one on the left looks awesome, though the right side one just doesn't match IMO. I'd move it down more, and put more of it under the red stuff.
As for text, -- O, first get rid of the circles above the text. O.K.the text I actually like. It looks cool. I like how you can read the subtext. Don't know if that was intentional or not, but it looks cool.
Last, add a 1 px black border or something. Good luck with this. =)

haha yeah that red part was enitally a c4d, just layerd, and smudged. and wiht out the circles the text looked extreamly plane was the only thing, it took me a while to figure out how to get some of the image inside those circles. Also i used a soft ble brush behind the image to give it a lightened look, because with out it it was way to dark.
but ill look at it and try to put some of those suggestions in there. thanx
