FEEDBACK: Test forum/working on skin for friend

OK a friend of mine's been having problems with the person who originally created her a skin, so I said I'd help. BUT Im not all that great with proboards. I can resize, and add a few things, and change the colors, ect.

This is what I have done so far. Can I get suggests as to what I can do next? Ideas on ways to make the forum look neater, ect? I am hopefully going to have someone help with the graphics part of it. But I dont know yet...

Well the colors are only done but i see you want us to tell you what to do next so i think you should maybe do a banner

blakfox: Click the word "This" at the begining of the second paragraph.

Not much we can say, you havn't really done anything. Resize the forum to a smaller width. Create/organize boards and categories. Get/make a category splitter code.

banner could use some work. and the head/base images look good, but could use a little more depth.
