How about.. something to do with writing (like original writing - fiction - coding etc), therefore its easy to post...though some of the stories may be pretty large. I tend to write horrors/thrillers myself =] Not really a competition but a "never ending story" tends to be good on a forum..that is if there isn't one already  need to delve into this site some more lol. |

A writing contest would be a good idea, but maybe when more activity arises. We seemed to have fallen into a slump. But it's a good idea. We'll most definately have a writing comp sometime. |

Glad I could help . If the site has hit a slump, don't mean we can't have competitions, or really carry on as usual. I've seen a few active members (both admin and non-admin) that have been posting. Rightfully thats enough for some sort of competition. Also any browsing possible members, I'd of thought, would be encouraged to join because of the excellent community I've seen here so far. (And wA should have a lot of browsers (as theres a link on the proboards website as an example for people wanting to set up their own boards). |

What do you mean by Graphics Idol? This is what i mean... Think of American Idol. You start out with x number of people and as each event happend one person gets drop from it. and keeps going until you the Sole winner. Now each even can have a different style/type of graphic that has to be made. There could be 3 judges or everyone can vote. But the person with the least amount of votes gets drop from the contest. Does that clear it up a bit? if you need help setting up i could since i can't really make graphics or if you need a judge to help. |

Yeah, Graphic Idol sounds nice. And each event will have its own theme like they do on American Idol, right? So like the first is fantasy, the second is abstract, the 3rd buildings... I guess you got what I mean. That would be something new and interesting to do.
Another contest you could do is a video contest. Just set up a theme, for example, an anime, show or movie and then we'd have to make a music video about it. Or give the song and we'd choose what we use in the video to fit the song.
