Well, I'm 16, wouldn't consider myself "new" to HTML and the family (ie CSS XHTML etc) would consider myself to have a working knowledge of PHP and Javascript and can work a DTD pretty well.
Outside coding, I'm currently immersing myself in micronations, and outside the net I'm in the middle of year 11 looking forward to leaving and the exams that follow that point.
Erm, any questions about me feel free to ask I guess...
