I like how the trend today is nonconformity amongst teens. Seems to me kids feel the need to be "unique" and be different from their peers.
My response to that:
What a joke. The fact that people look to be nonconformist all end up conforming to each other eventually. Sure, there's people who totally don't and refuse to conform to society, but to the rest of society, they are not viewed as nonconformists, they are viewed as freaks.
Oh the hypocrisy of nonconformity.

You're unique just like everybody else. =)
It is stupid that people TRY to avoid conformity. It is hypocritical to say that you're a non-conformist, because so many people these days are doing that just to be unique, when they aren't really.
