okay so i was thinking maybe giveing points to members who hit a certian post mark.
maybe like 10 points for hitting 100 posts
and then like 30 for hitting 500
and 50 for hitting 1000. and so on.
you can set the amount of points as you want, i just used an example.

There's no formula. I suppose it's just making quality posts because the staff don't really look at post count as much as they look at quality posts and the discussions that result in posts and such.
