Hmm... I was thinking maybe you should start a section where you could request template however you need a certain amount of post count. This could properly help get members, that is if the quality of the service is well done.

Good idea, but they are too time consuming for anyone. Especially when it will be a free service. xD

It wouldn't take too long.
Just don't do any of the icons.
So it would only be Banner, Gradients, On/offs, Background, Color Scheme, and some simple coding. Definitely possible.
Although we do have a fair amount of excellent templates in resources that people can choose from.
