Mind if I join in in a week or two when I'm back? I can work on NPC Objects, trading, etc.
If you need any external PHP work I can also help...

One thing that I would like to comment on is the equipment...
I own a roleplaying site and have been a member on many others, and on all of them (all of them very successful, including my own), there is never anywhere where track is kept of your items/equipment.
I have always wanted a good RPG code, or at least, have always thought about using one, but the main aspect of them is always both items and "points/experience" in certain fields, which all of the RPs that I know of don't keep track of.
So I think, which I don't know if it was mentioned, there should be a way to turn off the experience and items criteria, as some sites may not want to use them...

Like Blink said, there needs to be resistance and weaknesses, like in the Pokemon games. Such as like, Electricity does more damage to water than a dark type move would do to water, obviously because electricity and water aren't exactly best friends.

alright so we are agreed on resistances and weakness? its best to hammer everything out early and then code it all then go back and edit. I think just have resistances/weaknesses take/add 10% to or from attack power?

I would love an RPG script to have attack, defend, and HP loss options depending on your stats. I think it could work... Your attack would be a random number generated by the number on your stats (strength and speed), going up by percentages everytime you go level your stats. For example: You're a level 1 character, your attack is a random number between 1-5, everytime you gain a level (by posting); your percentage goes up by 1%, making your attack 1-6 out of a 100. I'm just explaining it wrong, though it's not that complicated. Your Defense would be depended on your speed and toughness stats, so whenever you level up your speed or toughness, you'd add them up, and that becomes you're defense. And your HP would be depended on your toughness's total X50 (or whatever number you wish). You could lose your HP by an attack going through your defense. I personally think all fighting should be in UBBC so you can choose what kind of attack you wish to do. I also think the HP, Attack, and Defense should be in your mini-profile. Now THAT is a code, lol. Well, those are was my suggestions for now, feel free to take any of them.
