Alc mostly did. Then he changed some after I yelled at him to change them. He would only let me change so much. That's because I own you. Sure sure. And Guns are still terrible in comparison to Hendrix. Hendrix was/is a god.

You'd actually rather listen to Axl screech into a microphone than Hendrix play amazing guitar stuff?
Oh, and all of you people that say Hendrix is all the band is, you are truly ignorant. Mitch Mitchell is one of the most talented drummers in history, Noel Redding can hold down a tighter bassline than just about anybody. So GnR has Slash, but they also have Axl to weigh them down a lot.

That's why songs like Purple Haze, Voodoo Child, All Along the Watchtower, Hey Joe, Foxey Lady, and Fire were all recorded...

I never said Hendrix was the one man band. And aswell I never said I didn't like him. Like Andrew said it's all preference and taste. And I prefer GnR. I enjoy Slash's guitaring aswell as Axel's voice. And maybe to you it sounds like he screams, but if you've ever listened to bands I listen to such as Cradle of Filth, Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy, or In Flames you can see a huge difference. Those 4 bands literally 'scream' / 'screech'. Axel...is in no way a screecher/screamer.

You guys really misinterpreted my posts, huh?
What I was actually replying to:
If that's the case, wouldn't Hendrix have a few less popular songs and just more jam tracks that everybody knew about?
Again, I'd consider loads of songs people still know today to be "respectable".
And also, Axl doesn't screech/scream, he has a screechy VOICE.

And also, Axl doesn't screech/scream, he has a screechy VOICE. Alright, I didn't get wth you were talking about at first. Ya, that is true, but once again, alot of people don't mind it. There are so many people in the world that appreciate his voice. Though Axel has been a dick to alot of his fellow band members (hence why they have like 15 former members) he's still an amazing vocalist. Though you may not think so, many more people do.

He doesn't fit my personal taste. I'm not saying I don't like Guns N Roses, because honestly, I do like a few of their songs, but I just don't like them THAT much. Slash is the only reason I'd ever listen to them, to be honest. Take him out of the equation, they were a terrible band.
Also, Axl is a bit annoying, not only to his band members, but to his fans. I doubt people want to go to a concert to listen to some old hippy curse every other word in between songs (when the band talks or says what song is next after they finish a song if you didn't understand what I meant).

Axl is a dick but I still think he had a good voice. Listen to most of their popular songs: Welcome to The Jungle, Sweet Child o' Mine, Civil War
