Stardock Objectdock
It has a lot of background settings for the icons, and all you have to do is drag your desktop items up there, and it changes the way they look. It comes with a preset icon pack of like 300, so almost everything is automatically customizable.
only takes up 2,000K in my Processes, which is good considering FF is 60,000 with 2 tabs. xD
