I could never name 10 non PB members, 'cos have you seen people on DA ?!
I'm not sure about PB either though to be totally honest..
I can only really think of like 2:
Ovi
Reedy
Moldy Cheese, you got a DevArt for x-ceed2, or does that person have an AKA or something? Seems familiar, but I dunno lol.

Hmm.. my top (overall) would have to be: Firestorm Prophet The_Dahaka Can't think of any really decent designers tbh.. there's that fine line between great art, and moderate art. And those three are semi-pro or better. Oh, and thanks for putting me as #1 on your list, grey.  |

He doesn't really use it and hasn't updated it in years. But if you might remember this board he admined with Ovi. |

skinners: ovi, Moldy Cheese, and that's everybody left pretty much, smangii too.
artists: uh Moldy Cheese, britt, uc, dlt, almost everybody in ssd's artgroup.
