When you say "completely run by the members" do you mean they create the RP places as well? The King Decides that, and the King is elected. So yes, I do mean that. |

Well not really, they elect someone who they think will create the best RP boards, so in truth, it's only the King that creates them. But I get what your saying when you say "completely run by the members".

But I get what your saying when you say "completely run by the members". Also the council members have a big say on that type of thing, and council members are voted in as well. These are people chosen by the people.

Again, this would only slide some votes to the people's decision, but overall it's up to the elected officials.
